When I hurt my foot, I used a lot of Caroline Jordan hurt foot workouts on youtube. Also, Barlates Quiet Quarantine Mat workout is good if have a hurt foot. It's on youtube as well.

Caroline Jordan was perfect for me when I broke my foot. It took me some time to get used to her personality. But in the end—loved her!
Lisa Erickson was a wheelchair user who did a great cardio video. It is now on youtube. It is very dated looking, but the workout is first rate. Not all the background exercisers are wheelchair users, and you will feel worked out when you are done.

I do these workouts called Grow Young Fitness. Chair workouts that are friggin awesome. I'm not injured but wanted some workouts that can be done from a chair and are challenging. I especially don't care for the up and down from the floor some instructors like to do. I discovered these, and have purchased a few of the dvds, but he does have streaming service. I love them. If you have Amazon Prime, there are several chair workouts that are included with prime video. Just go to prime video and search "chair" and you will see options included with prime video. Yoga, cardio, pilates, chair dancing, etc.
