Mimikyu's MONSTER MASHUP Dance Workout to Spooky Scary Skeletons ☠ -Cosplay Workouts (13:42) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GBXX...WRhj1&index=45 DONE-didn't like as much as the calves and stretch ones--shows the moves, dance doesn't start till about 9 min mark HALLOWEEN WORKOUT 'Stranger Things Survival Guide' (5mins 51secs) -Get Kids Moving (5:51) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E9Nd...WRhj1&index=15 DONE-again no warmup, bodyweight moves-liked it Halloween Dance HIIT + 1000 Reps Full Body Workout -Cardio Party Mashup Fitness (32:42) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ewgt...&index=16&t=9s DONE-the 8 or so minutes of dancing at the beginning was kind of fun but I did not care for the rest and was so ready for it to be over Yoga for zombies! (15 min) - Yoga with Adriene: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oyj5jwosqB4 DONE-this was nice, I've been missing yoga and feeling ungrounded

I did these from the list today:
Sharona's Hill: Beginners Tim Burton Dance Workout 15 min Sharona's Hill: The Rocky Horror Picture Show Dance Workout 10 min Sharona's Hill: Disney Halloween/Villains Walking Workout 15 min I liked the first workout enough, so I did a few more. A couple (little) things bothered me a little, but I did another dance workout (not Halloween themed) with her which I liked better. They went by quickly; I did 52 minutes, when I was "just going to try one or two"! I might try a few more of her workouts |

I tried this playlist on Saturday:
Tracy Smith: Halloween Zumba Hip Hop Class ~32 min I should've previewed, but I just tried to keep moving if I missed a move. I skipped the cartwheels, though! Sunday evening I did: Jillian Hessel: 2020 Pre-Halloween Deep Deep Stretch Class ~64 min This was nice. I didn't get as deep in some of the stretches, but I just relaxed and it went by quicker than I expected. Her cat kept getting in the way, which was cute It got cut off at the end just before the relaxation portion in corpse pose, so I just did it on my own for several breaths. These are both on the list, but I added the links here, too (the list is really long now!) |
