Liss

I've been looking at Jessica's fusion rotation and it looks like I can do it with my DVD collection. My question is what is the LISS workout? Titles I understand I have substitutes from my DVDs but no idea what this title means. And no, subscribing for a month doesn't work for me. My only computer access is a desk top in a back bedroom with limited room and floor work is out of the question. Hoping someone here knows the answer

I think LISS means low-impact steady state, but I'm not positive.

I’m about to go to a lunch meeting but when I’m done I’ll post the LISS options available on dvd so you know what you can sub.

ETA: the below videos are listed as LISS on the AAP.

Flow Cardio (Feel Good Fusion)
Core Control (Walk Stong: Build Balance and Inner Strength)
Balance and Agility (Build Balance & Inner Strength)
Yoga Plus Pilates: Power Fusion Mix
