Last week I did 1/2 hour walks for 6 days. The other day was a weights dvd. Today I did Cathe Muscle Max and 29 minutes walking.

I'm a little sore from yesterday's weight workout, so I went easy today.

Leslie Sansone- 2 Mile Power Walk from 4 Mile Power Walk
Amy's Beach Fitness- 20 minute Slow Stretch with a Stability Ball. (This felt so good! The sound drops out for a few minutes, but you can just watch to see what she is doing.)

Many years ago I got rid of my Billy Bank DVDs, as the constant counting was very distracting. After reading the recent VF thread about Billy, I decided if I saw any in a thrift store, I would give him another try.

I found his Platinum Collection DVD with 4 workouts. I did the Cardio Explosion today and liked the workout.
