Weekend workouts -- 7/15 & 7/16
Saturday -- taught a spin class, hope to get a little Pilates in. My plan for Sunday is to party like it's my birthday ... because it is!

yesterday: 52 minute walk - 26 min going up a steep hill/mountain, 26 min back down today: Prevention 400 Calorie Fix workout with Julie Marsland (awesome workout - just right!) You on a Diet , 20 minute workout with Tracy Hafen (pretty good)
