Searching for back friendly youtube core workouts

Ran into this while browsing old threads with a sleeping baby

... not sure of your back problems, but I like standing core work. I think know it's easier on the back. Have you browsed Jessica Smith's YouTube channel? I think she has some stuff that would work for you. Plus she's very good about offering modifications.

Thank you Laura! I had forgotten that I had started this thread. Yes, I have tried several of Jessica's standing core workouts. I have recently discovered that I should not do any twisting. So far I have found that ballet class is the best standing abs workout. I was just looking for something different. You know how it is....I need variety..lol.
