Rotation experts -

I want to start putting together 4 week rotations so I can start using all my DVDs (now that I've gotten rid of about 200). The 5th week will always be walking/stretching/recovery.

For my first rotation, I wanted to do a "total body shock" with a focus on my belly fat (I have an 11 mo old and even though I lost the weight I'm still poochy and jiggly). Do you think this would work? Would you change anything?

Monday - Firm Vol. 1
Tuesday - TA Post-Pregnancy
Wednesday - Firm Vol. 2
Thursday - TA Post-Pregnancy
Friday - Any DreamBody workout

Saturday/Sunday - rest (or run if I feel like it)

Seems like it'll work if you can stick with it, and assuming you have that much time to work out with a little one.

She sleeps from 8:30 til 6:30 every day, so I get up at 5:00 to workout.

I like the idea of the 4-week rotations (5th week recover). I might steal it!

As far as the workouts you listed, I guess you need to know whether or not your body can handle intense toning 5x a week. I suppose if this is a 1-month Boot Camp, you should be fine! Good luck with it!

Yeah - I'll try it. My next 4 week rotation will be something much easier!
