Thanks for posting this. I'm definitely on board for both workouts. I love the idea of an interval workout for cardio equipment at home. I really love how the Brooklyn Bridge Workout mixes treadmill sessions with toning and can't wait to see what Kelly does.

Thanks for posting. I just preordered (total $27.98 for both). This is my first KCM preorder. A couple of questions for those that follow KCM. Have the workouts been filmed? Any idea when they will ship?
