With two 30-minute workouts on each DVD, you can always do a full hour if you want to, by doing them back-to-back or sometimes there's a longer premix. There are always, I think, some premixes in the 40-50 minute range. And honestly, half an hour of full-effort weight work is usually enough for me. I love the 30mtf format! Can't wait to see what's coming.
