Gina - my abs are sludge too. I didn't even bother pausing, I just stopped & watched. I jumped back in when I could.

I hate lunges too, but love this workout.

I agree it's not barre, but I call workouts "barre" that have a lot of plank work, and leg work like this. It's really not barre at all.

Yeah, I agree - definitely not barre. But, well, Fusion! LOL. Mix of things I guess. And I didn't pause either! Like Sue, I just laid there in awe until I was able to continue.

Thanks Trish and Sue; it sounds awesome! I prefer fusion to barre, and limited (or no) lunges? Even better!

I'm going to stick to my original plan of using both Brooke workouts and similar high rep fusion-ish stuff (if I can find some on my shelves). Once they get somewhat easier I'll probably add Dream Body. Adding it now would be suicide, or at the very least, totally demoralizing.

Darby & co. have bodies to die for and I might be willing to put up with the talking if I could look like them. lol

Does she do tons of reps of the exercises? Or do the variations of the exercises make it diffiult?

This is like the second workout that I have bought in months! The clip looks really good.

Now, if I were to combine this workout with TA and Leah's new DVDs, would I alternate this DVD with TA and Leah, and use this dvd more of a cardio workout? That's my thinking, use Lean and TA for strength and this workout for cardio.

I definitely didn't feel repped to death, but she definitely does enough to get the burn flowing.

Debbie - its really a great workout for me. Personally it has a great cardio component to it. I despise cardio & this one definitely got my heart racing. I definitely felt it post workout in my tri's, back/lats. Not enough strength work for chest or biceps, but definitely targets the back & tris nicely.

Thanks, Sue! I'll use it for cardio. Based on Mary's clips I thought it would make a great cardio workout.
