Unfortunately I don't believe you can; I think it's streaming only.

Fusion Fitness posted on Facebook that The Dream Body DVD is on sale on their website for $19.99. It looks like it's just today and tomorrow. Shipping is $4.40. It's a fun workout for those still on the fence.
