Do you guys like the new stepboxing dvd as much as TLC? What is the difference in pacing (i know there is a step in the new dvd vs. floor in TLC).

I did not click with her new stepboxing dvd. I found the moves a little awkward, but that is just me. I did it with a the step, but you can follow Lauren and not use it.

I actually just did TLC today and find it easy to follow. I get a good workout without killing myself. Although I was cursing Kelly during those scissor crunches in the conditioning workout.

I love TLC!!!!! She has an awesome set of premixes on the DVD as well, so you really can't lose on this workout.

As far as the 8 count combo on the boxing workout, sometimes I skip it if I'm just not into it some days and it's no big deal!

Sadly, I haven't got the hang of the stepboxing one and probably never will. Step is *not* easy for me, and I found the step + boxing combo too fast. It left me feeling very uncoordinated. But you should know that I like very few step workouts.

I haven't clicked with this one yet either. I was so looking forward to it -- love Circuit Burn, Kickboxing and, of course, TLC - but, ehh.

I also like this workout. I really enjoy the premix that combines the two workouts. I did this workout 2 days ago w/weighted gloves. Yesterday I had upper body DOM's. I get more upper body DOM's from this workout than I do from weight workouts for some reason.

Do you remember which premix? One of the following?
Coffey Fit Blend - 47 min.
Quick Blend - 19 min.
Kelly's Mix - 36 min.

I'm trying to decide what workout to do tonight. Am thinking of either a TLC premix or a Circuit Burn premix. Haven't done many of the premixes yet, so it's hard to choose!

It's the Coffey Fit Blend. I really like this one. It has both workouts but does not include the section that goes to the floor.
