This.

I haven't been able to click with her workouts. Traded TLC and that's a board favorite... I have Circuit Burn but have yet to do it. So I'll wait on this one. Sounds promising, especially the no burpee part. But yeah. PLATEAU.

This is interesting! I too am in for no burpees. I don't hate them but it seems they are in every workout now. I'd love some new moves that are low impact too.

The word was spelled correctly in this sentence,

Where "Start Here" gets you started, this one will help you break through a stubborn plateau.
So I didn't notice the other misspellings.

I click with some of her workouts and not others. Lately, I've clicked with mostly her weight workouts. My sister is borrowing TLC so I can't remember if I like that one enough to keep it.

I'll definately preorder this when available. I'm so into KCM right now. I don't want to do any other instructors!

I could not get over her bad posture in the one I had. I'm not sure if her neck is crained forward in all her workouts.

Some people do not like whooping, bad music, ugly clothers, etc. I could not WATCH her even though her workout was good.

This was sorta my impression too. I feel foolish by buying 8 of her workouts (traded them), but they weren't anywhere near the level I enjoy. I'm interested in this new one, but then again, I probably know what will happen. Sigh...

ITA!! I'm so glad someone else mentioned this! I think her posture is actually getting worse from all the boxing work. I have the same issue w/ Susan Chung's posture. I can't look at her!!
