Reviews for BBL Please.. Cant Find Them.

I'm so late to the party and can't seem to find threads with thorough reviews of BBL. Thanks to anyone who can provide a link OR who would like to share their thoughts of this exercise system.

Love, love, love floor work!! So I'm totally interested in what this has to offer.

TIA ~

Have you looked in the "Reviews" section of VF (not the forum)? I believe there are reviews for all the workouts in that section. Also if you use the search engine for "bbl reviews" or "bbl results" or similar with the actual name not the acronym you should be able to find several discussions of this set. (I researched it myself a month or two ago).

ETA: I just looked there are reviews for Tummy Tuck and High and Tight in the reviews section. Sorry! But there have been many discussions and reviews of this set in the forum.

I just tried to duplicate the search I suggested to you. It works better if you use the full words "Brazil butt lift" or names of the individual workouts.

And High and Tight (and of course Tummy Tuck) have the floor work so that might be what you are interested in researching. Bum Bum is standing work and CArdio Axe is dance cardio. I haven't used Scupt yet but it is full body strength (I don't know whether there is floor work in that one).

Thanks for the help. I did find a couple of reviews which were very helpful.

Question: What workouts are suggested for: "Too Big" Slim and lift plan?
I like what I see on most of the dvds, but not everything. I'm afraid that what will be suggested for my body type will be the routines I least like.

Try this for the "too big" rotation:

As far as that goes, the only floor work BBL offers is in High & TIght. And part of that is standing...so way less than you get in your standard Margaret Richard dvd or classic Firm...

I really like BBL and wrote a thread about it early last year:

It didn't do a darn thing for my butt. It did firm me up in general and especially in the waistline.

"Too Big" is going to give you a whole lot of Cardio Axe, as I recall... that's the moderate, dancy cardio. If you don't like that one, you can substitute really any cardio at all. The Cardio Axe overkill is in that rotation for the calorie burn.

If you're not fond of the Sculpt weight workout, any full-body strength w/o would work, but make sure it's got ab work. Sculpt has both dedicated ab work and a fair bit of balance work which also works the abs.

Tummy Tuck is all core work and most any core workout would do.

If you don't like Bum Bum or High & Tight, rethink the rotation - they're pretty key. You can sub in Bum Bum Live for variety. Bum Bum is lower body work with a strong cardio effect, and High & Tight is the floorwork.

Thanks for all the insight. I think I might hold off. I'm afraid I might sub in too many other workouts which defeats the reason for getting them. I'll stick with my FIRMS, Classical Stretch, Fitprimes, and various barre routines. If I can't lift my butt with these then I'm hopeless.
