JB, I have a YouTube yoga channel, YogiBethC. It's meant to be yoga for everyone, with plenty of variations so that you can find versions of the poses that work for you--ie, functional yoga rather than aesthetic yoga. Since I am working to make my practices accessible to beginners, I would love feedback from you (and anyone else!) about whether they work for you (and if not, that's helpful for me to know too).

I’ve been doing Fitness Blender for the past 3 months with great results. They have so many videos to choose from and lots of ways to modify. With their help, I’ve really embraced the meaning of a proper warmup and cool down.

Thanks, Beth!
I've seen so many of your reviews I feel like I am talking to a celebrity! I will follow your practice and see what happens.

Thanks to all of the rest of you for your selections. I have PLENTY to check out now!

JB, LOL! I am hardly a celebrity--although since going on YT I sometimes joke to DH that I am a "influencer," haha.

Thank you Beth

Thank you Beth so very much for your channel and for all of the mindful work you have put into it. I have been meaning to express my gratitude to you since its inception. It has helped me so much during these past months and continues to do so. You are truly gifted and incredibly generous. Thank you again.

You’re beyond welcome Beth. That’s so lovely! I’m
glad .

Adding for the OP that I love the Essentrics channel for short workouts/add-ons when I’m not subscribed to their streaming or using their DVDs. There are many gems here! Some of my favorites go back to 2011:

I also really love P.Volve and often use their free workouts on PopSugar. They have some great ones that happen to be equipment-free if you’re new to the method. Best of luck!

I also found this lady, she looks quite young but has a lot of short workouts. Again of the no talking variety.
