I haven't, but I Altar of the Heart so I'm definitely going to try them.

Hi Danielle--both Pat and I have tried these; they are recorded from Tilak's classes. Of course, they don't have the wonderful production values/music of Altar, but they are still very nice! You can read our reviews on iHanuman.com (and I believe I've posted mine here as well if you check the reviews section).

I have all of them. Peace Power Love is a little too strenuous for me, but Deep Slow Relaxed is positively YUMMY.

Thanks for the reminder to use these again soon. I also downloaded Bhakti Foster's routine from iHanuman.com - she is the slender blonde in Altar of the Heart.

Oh.My.Goodness. I just finished Deep Slow Relaxed, and it is SO good! Am so happy I got it. Just a wonderful, relaxing, take-your-time practice.

Glad you liked it! That one helps cure indigestion for me - I don't know why, but it does. It feels like Tilak is in the room with you, doesn't it?

It's so funny you said that, because I had the worst indigestion (which I hardly ever get) when I decided to try that one. By the end I felt so much better. It really does feel like he's in the room with you. I can't wait to try the others
