Lately, I've been obsessed with Your Best Body, aiming for 3x a week. I do wish it had harder leg work tho. I usually do 1 workout than add on legs & cardio till i get tired. I also go heavier esp. for lower body by adding my 20 lb weighted vest along with the wts. Hope i don't burn out on it! i do really lift LIFT as well. Maybe I need to revisit split sessions...hmm...

I really enjoy a lot of them, but for whatever reason I reach for Circuit Burn the most, even right now, I'm not doing a lot of Kelly, but when I do, it's usually CB. This one fills the space for me when I don't want pure cardio or pure weights, it's a nice medium intensity, but I work up a great sweat.

I am not a huge fan of leg work but I really need it, that's another area where Weights and MD lack a little bit. Again, they are great workouts but more upper body focused where I prefer to get some lower body in. Otherwise I have to filter it in some other way.

My favorites are Weights and Split Sessions, but Your Best Body is still in its shrinkwrap because I started an Ultimate Yogi rotation just after it arrived. I'm planning to add some KCM back in, once a week, after I finish the rotation, and this thread has me thinking I should go buy LIFT... lol

Now that the newer workouts have been out awhile, can anyone say more about Start Here? Is this too easy for intermediates, or can it be modified up? Thanks!

Circuit Burn. I always come back to this one. Great cardio and strength training intervals!
