KCM rotation results

I am wondering if anyone has ever done a KCM rotation and gotten results. I am thinking about doing a circuit training type rotation with KCM.

Using her older hour long workouts and then the other days cardio.

Such as

M,W,F - Cardio sculpt, NYC,

T,TH,Sat - cardio (usually it is kickboxing, spinning, treadmill).

I am trying to lose weight along with keeping strength/tone and looking for ideas and enjoyable instructors and Kelly came to mind.

I followed her 60 minute option rotation for one month and dropped those 5 lingering pounds. I never got bored since she offers so much variety which says a lot since I'm not good at following rotations. She's a regular part of my routine now.

I did a KCM six week rotation the first part of the year, and was starting to develop some nice muscle definition. I still need to lose weight, so it wasn't probably as noticeable to most people. And, I should have done more cardio to lean out a bit more. I followed her 2012 New Year rotation using her 30MTF workouts mostly (along with the new ones & NYC.) I followed that up with a few weeks of heavy weights Cathe rotation, just to change it up a bit.

Kelly's terrific. I really like her workouts.
