KCM rotation results
I am wondering if anyone has ever done a KCM rotation and gotten results. I am thinking about doing a circuit training type rotation with KCM.
Using her older hour long workouts and then the other days cardio.
Such as
M,W,F - Cardio sculpt, NYC,
T,TH,Sat - cardio (usually it is kickboxing, spinning, treadmill).
I am trying to lose weight along with keeping strength/tone and looking for ideas and enjoyable instructors and Kelly came to mind.
