Cathe Lite Body Weight and Bands - Upper Body premix?

I took the opportunity to order this one from Mary's sale. I really enjoyed it - but I was looking for an upper body only premix. While there are a lot of premixes - it seems like a lot of them are just adding on the various bonus features or repeating whole sections (double standing, etc). Am I missing something? It just seems like it would be a great one to just do on an upper body day. I figure I'll just have to ff through the lower body work - which won't be tough - but it seems like a basic thing to be lacking.

Hmmm. I’ll have to look into that. I haven’t tried it and forgot all about it. I will not be happy if it doesn’t have an upper body pre-mix.

Here's the premixes I have listed (the premixes appear to primarily break up the workout by standing/floor and not by upper/lower body):

It's chaptered... you can easily fast forward to the next chapter. I really don't mind doing this and have done it multiple times. I think premix comes in handy when you want to jump around the video, i.e. lower, upper, lower, upper, etc or pull, push, pull, push, etc.

Just do the upper body work only when its a compound exercise, skip any chapter thats lower body only, and you're good to go. Most of it is upper body anyway.
