Favorite yoga mat?

I need help!

My old yoga mats bit the dust and I need a new one. Anyone have a favorite brand, and if so, why?

Thanks for any tips/advice!

My fave is my Jade harmony mat. It’s heavier, more solid, made of natural rubber. It’s very grippy, my feet never slide. It’s a bit pricey, but very good quality.

I have Cathe's aqua/yellow yoga mat that I bought from Amazon. It's the nicest, thickest yoga mat I've ever owned. I love it. There's a coupon for it now so it's only $26.

My favorites were always my Manduka mats. They are grippier than any other brand I tried. Then I got a Jade Harmony mat. Much grippier than the Manduka. Both Jade and Manduka are expensive so if you’re going to go that route, I would recommend the Jade.

I'm a huge fan of my six foot round mat, but I realize that's not the right option for every situation.

I love the way I can do other exercises on it without hanging off.

I love my 6 foot Mandala mat. I have a designated workout area that I can just leave it and not roll it up after each use.

For teaching in person classes, I still love my Manduka pro mat. I've had it for 4-5 years now and it's still great. I love how thick it is.

I love mine too! I use it on its own for barefoot cardio but always put my Jade mat on top for yoga & mat work as it’s not very grippy.

Jackie, they closed their business a few months back. I have a Mandala round mat too, and I love it so much!
