I did two Boho Beautiful practices today: Blissful Yoga Flow to Find Balance, Strength, & Peace and Yin Yoga for Lower Body followed by Travis Eliot's Breath Meditation - Dare to Awaken
She did a pose in the Blissful Yoga Flow I've never done before -- eagle legs in side plank. I really liked it! Quote:

Pam, they seemed to like the moon salutes! I do find it a little hard to know how my students are doing with everyone wearing masks; also, last night I had 2 in-person students and 3 virtual, so I couldn't see everyone.

Yesterday I did the Boho Beautiful yin practice that Dena suggested. I liked the poses but didn't really like the way she taught yin, as it was very different than my teacher, José de Groot.
Yesterday and today I also did José's daily yin pose challenge, pontoon and bananasana. Today I also did Kate's "Moving Through Meh" and "Just Like a Fluffy Scarf" practice. I enjoyed both, although surprisingly, I liked the first a bit more.
