In honor of me reading the old threads...

I'm going to dig out my old Firms, old Cathes and any other older workout and plan out a rotation using them.

This should be fun!

Yep, first up tomorrow, Firm Vo1. Its been a while, more than a year, since I've done this one.

Pray for me.

Then I'm planning on doing Leaner Legs early next week. I hope I can walk the next day. Its been FOREVER since I've done that one.

Sounds like me and TTSL. I need to get back to being consistent so when motivation flags I already have the habit. Doing a paper program isn't gonna get me to that point.

Same. When I'm feeling "Blah" I want someone on a screen just telling me what to do.

And its even better if its something like Firm Vo1 which I can quote 75% of the lines with Susan LOL.

And I know they give results. Results you can see

Definitely. My workouts is the ONLY time I want anyone telling me what to do! ��

That's how I am with Cher's Hot Dance. I pretty much know their comments by heart!
