Videos like Les Mills Pump?

I love Pump and was doing BodyPump classes at the gym, which I recently quit (mostly because I work out at home so much and it wasn't worth it anymore). I'd love to get some more workouts that are this style - functional movements and higher-rep training.

What are some videos that like Pump?

I am really getting into Cathe lately, so I really hope she has something similar.

If you don't mind a workout being a bit dated, Cathe's Power Hour is an awesome workout that is similar to LM Pump. It's just under an hour and Cathe is so much fun in this one. It's similar to Pump in that each muscle group is worked for about 5 mins and then you move onto something else.

The DVD also includes Maximum Intensity strength which is very dated but is an excellent heavy weight workout.

Another Cathe that is similar is High Reps. It uses both a barbell and dumbbells though.

Strong Body, Ageless Body by Erin O'Brien, and
Strong Body, Fit Body also by Erin O'Brien

Brooke Burke's 2 fitness dvds (can't remember titles)

These are all high rep total body workouts. My favorite is the first one I mentioned.

Cathe's Muscle Max is medium heavy weight and medium reps, but I think it would work.

Group RX sells DVD workouts as well as the music to instructors who teach group fitness classes. However, I am no instructor but I have done many of their workouts. They have a line called "Rip" that is the same style as Less Mills Pump. They also have step, kickbox, etc that mirror Les Mills with FANTASTIC music!

Here is the link for the RIP series:

I think Jari Love's workouts are similar to Body Pump style of high rep workouts. I think Jari is more low key and the music is less motivating.

Jari Love's abs and Weights is like Body Pump. Love the music and she's really motivating in this one.

Another vote for Power Music Group Rx/RIP series as the workouts most resembling Les Mills Body Pump.

Do you have to be an instructor to buy Power Music Group Rx/RIP series like Les Mills? Good results using them?
