Hi
I recently acquired a couple of War workouts that are available on the Power Music site and they were really great workouts! I'm thinking about trying a RIP workout with their Black Friday sale. Has anyone done one of these?

They're very similar to Body Pump. Actually, they're the same as Body Pump.

They follow the exact same format. So if you like Body Pump, you'll also like RIP.

Where did you see the sale info? I was just looking and couldn't find anything about it. I bought a bunch of RIPs during a sale they had over the summer, so it's not like I really *need* any more.
