~~~ JANUARY ~~~ What the new year brings to me depends on what I bring to the new year 1 - Sadhana Day 12 - LWR Standing Ab Workout With Low Impact HIIT (Advent Day 19); LWR 10 Minute Toned Arms Workout (Advent Day 20); walk around neighborhood with DH; walk at the beach and annual New Year's Day beach reflection, gratitudes and meditation; Kassandra's Intention Setting Yin Yoga With Affirmations; 8,733 steps. 2 - Sadhana Day 13 - no formal exercise but Tias Little "Animal Spirits Within the Chakras" meditation on Glo; 5,180 steps. 3 - Sadhana Day 14 - GYM for 15 recumbent, PT at the cable machine, weight machines for lower body, chest and back, and dumbbells to finish up arms; 4 - Sadhana Day 15 - LWR Standing Ab Workout (Advent Day 21); floor PT and 30 bridges; 20 minute lunch walk; Sara Clark "Revel in Rest" restorative yoga; Gopi Kallayil "Settle Down for Sleep;" 7,070 steps. 5 - Sadhana Day 16 - LWR 7 Minute Walk/4 Minute Glutes and 7 Minute Fast Pace Walk (Advent Days 22 and 23); Koya Webb, "Mindful Movement" yoga and meditation; 7,146 steps. 6 - Sadhana Day 17 - ~ LWR 11 Minute Low Impact Cardio Workout - the Winter Wonderland workout again; Tias Little "From Anxiety to Ease" meditation (Glo); 6,500 steps.
