This AM:
YT - Team Body Project - 30 Minute Low Impact Cardio posted 7.23.2020. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3SpPraOLJl4 YT - Holden Qi Gong - 7 Minutes for Health YT - Temple Sounds - 11 Minute Chakra tune-up with singing bowls My quads were definitely speaking to me this morning!! Must get my day going - time to grab the coffee and get rolling. Beth - I liked the longer work-out. They do the body parts in blocks, and the body part of focus was definitely fatigued by the end. Hope to be more social this week-end.

cyana I'll have to put on my to-do list. My YT watch list is growing ever longer, haha.
Feeling tired today. I've been trying to get back to meditating b/c I've been waking in the early a.m. and taking longer than normal to fall back asleep. I meditated yesterday, woke early in the a.m. today...and never did fall back asleep. Still, I'm looking forward to teaching yoga this afternoon (if the weather holds out). Happy Hump Day!!!

Paine, I can get lightheaded with quick up/down too. This was more just the annoyance of it.
Carolyn, the first Sculpting Rx workout finishes with chest/triceps supersets, and all 3 are on the floor (flys/skullcrushers, push-ups/kickbacks, bench press/dips). It didn't help that I'm not really a fan of push-ups OR dips! Got in my teaching of outdoor yoga class on campus again today! The weather looked iffy again--particularly at the end, when it got very cloudy, windy, and looked like rain--but we made it. I might have more teaching news to share soon. ETA: Sandra, funny that we keep posting at the same time - even though we are on different times! I generally try to stay positive and hopeful too, but 2020 has been challenging that big-time! Congrats on a good workout month for September and further weeding out what no longer serves you!
