YouTube Workout in support of Black Lives Matter

I don’t know how this works nor have I ever done this instructor’s workouts before this week. The instructor’s name is Jibby (new to me) and she posted a workout that will generate funds for Black Lives Matter. I did the workout and liked it a lot. It was a very well done production. It was intense and low impact. It had a circuit of horizontal and core moves. The circuit repeats 5x if I remember correctly. I generally get bored with too much repetition of circuits but the moves here were different enough that I found them fun and interesting. I didn’t expect to sweat/glisten doing a floor workout. Anyway I subbed some standing moves along the way since the horizontal moves bothered my wrist after a while. The music was great too!

Thanks for sharing. I just finished this and I'm now tired. The production values are really nice - countdown timer, modified moves in an inset box, bright open space, nice music. I will definitely do this again.

Thank you so much for sharing this. Inspirational, positive action in the face of a heart wrenching cause.

Good music! I am so rusty, just barely getting back into the groove of working out with gentle yoga but will add this to my utube playlist for when I am stronger.

I will support it too, but I am not sure if I can do a whole hour all at once. My core is weak

Thanks for sharing! I "liked" the workout but don't know that I can actually do it--the abs work looks too tough for me, LOL.
