Kettlebell Workouts

What is your favorite kettlebell workout on dvd or youtube? I have tons of workouts, but only one kettlebell workout, despite having several kettlebells. What's your favorite and why do you like it? TIA!

Kettlebell DVDs I really enjoy come from Art of Strength, Iron Core Kettlebells, Lauren Brooks, Paul Katami, MBody Strength, Lisa Balash, Amy Bento, and a whole host of youtube channels. The DVD instructors I mentioned are good at putting together fun, challenging workouts with good form. Amy Bento was controversial for a bit because she was not certified when she released her first kbell dvd, but she did get better after certification when she did Kettlebell Power. You can basically search for kettlebell workouts on YT and get a lot many of which are 20+ minutes (using the filter option). Not everyone has perfect form, but if you already know what you are doing then, hopefully it will not bother you. Here are a few to get you started:

i like Art of Strength best and i'm not sure why but he doesn't put out any more videos.

Lauren Brooks is good for short workouts but i find her personality a bit off putting so i don't enjoy her longer workouts and i really dislike her streaming service.

i like Skogg dvds and i really like Virtual Skogg but there is some backlash associated with him - it's easy to find find out about it via google, his website, and the bad reviews on amazon.

Lauren Brooks and Art of Strength are my very favorites. Anthony from Art of Strength seems to have stopped making traditional DVDs, but his earlier workouts are still out there and worth getting. Lauren Brooks has many DVDs at her ontheedgefitness.com website, which are also available from Total Fitness. She has KB DVDs for all levels, as well as streaming workouts for individual purchase, paper programs, and even a monthly subscription streaming service. She really has been my go to instructor the last five or so years, as I have been really time crunched, and she offers more workout in less time.

I'm currently LOVING Lauren Brooks. I bought her SUAT and Incinerator during the black Friday 60 percent off sale. She is currently having a 50 percent off sale for the holidays.

Art of Strength Providence is the only one I've done with any consistency.

Mostly, I think, because it's a more traditional kettlebell workout.

Never did click with any of the ones that just use a kettlebell in a more standard workout.
(Though I do like to use my 10 lb KB for certain weight lifting moves, it's easy to hold)

You've got some great suggestions here! I was just curious what is the only kettlebell workout you have.

I loved Skogg's first set and had fantastic results with it. A lot of people here liked the RKS set and I see thats about $25 on Amazon right now. Tracy Reifkind does a lot with just the swing and has a blog and a book on Amazon.

I think Skogg's first set is good for establishing a good knowledge of kettlebell movement, but it can get repetitive if you follow the rotation. However the repetition is what got me more comfortable with kettlebells. I even just used the tutorial for my first week before actually starting the rotation.
