Another vote for Paul's ASAP Fit in 15!!! I just did this one last week and again yesterday! He breaks down the sections by various body parts. If you select Arms from the menu, he will fry your arms good in such a short amount of time! And, the same with the Shoulders, Chest and Back segment...good stuff! I don't care for the Lower Body section because it is traditional floorwork only. I was looking for lunges and squats, which he doesn't do. Then there is also a fifteen minute Core section with traditional ab work.

I was looking for more 20 minute workouts today and came across:

Kickbutt/Fitprime 6 Day Trainer has tons of 20 minute workouts my favorite is Kickboxing which I did today

Moxie 1 / Moxie 2 both great DVDs and are 20 minutes each. Very energetic mostly cardio workouts.

For more relaxed workouts, Classical Stretch episodes are about 23 minutes in length. I have season 10 and really like it.

Bubbles already mentioned Evolution 20, but there is also a new release Evolution 20 Super Shred with 4/20 minute workouts.

PACE Express is a great set of 18 minute body weight/cardio workouts.

I also am enjoying the Charlene Prickett "It Figures" set.

Another vote for Moxie 1 and 2!! Also, putting together 2 segments from Kickbox Burn gets a nice sweat going!
