I searched the tag for 20 minute workouts and nothing came up. I will check those threads and say thank you ladies for the recommendations!! I am finding shorter workouts with good intensity has been working for me lately. I did the Firm Aerobics one with all of the running and 45 minutes long and I slept so hard I didn't hear my daughter calling me lol. It was at night after working so I realize I must take it easy when I am doing it at night. The Firm Express was very good last night! I was so happy that I gave it another try. 20-25 minutes is really doing me good!

There's the original 10 Pound Slimdown with Chris Freytag that has 20 minute workouts. There are also several Denise Austin DVDs that have 2 20 minute workouts on them.

Stephanie Levinson's Top Shape at Top Speed is my go-to for this -- there's three 20-24 min workouts that leave me absolutely done. Mostly mixed impact and you only need a step and one 5 lb dumbbell. I liked this workout so much that I bought all of her other DVDs, and all of the workouts are roughly the same length and intensity. Her cueing is a bit off, but darn these are tough without high impact and heavy weights, and are quick and to the point!

I just started Evolution 20 with Christine Bullock and I'm really enjoying it. It has 10 different 20 minute workouts - a set of 5 level 1 and then 5 level 2 workouts.

These are working for me because I want to do a lot of walking and also add in Kundalini yoga. The rotation is 6 days a week, so I'm planning on doing an hour yoga (or barre or other workout of choice) on the off day.

The Gilad Bodies in Motion shows (3 per DVD) are 20 minutes long. And also Charlene Prickett's It Figures shows which you can get on DVD.

Yes Powerfits! These are wonderful and I have many of them! Thanks so much!! I am finding that even after working I want to come home and work out. 20 minutes is nailing it for me. This is awesome!!
