Killer workout, Paul Katami's Kettlebell Kombos
Wow, I just finished Paul Katami's "Kettlebell Kombos" workout and it was tough. I am certain my buns & thighs will be sore tomorrow.
There were two killer segments I thought deserved a shout-out: the 'Triple Squats & Swings' and the 'Body Blaster'. Whoa.
I bought this one when Collage Video went out of business a year ago and hadn't worked up the courage to do it until now. Anyone else a fan of this one?
