I had the same thing happen twice and it took a few days to get a response. Granted, the workouts are inexpensive, and once she did respond to my concern I got the pdf asap. But she offered no explanation, just an apology. This left a bad taste in my mouth so I will not be ordering anything else.

That’s unacceptable. I think I’ll just cancel payment. She shouldn’t have advertised it as an immediate purchase and the fact that you had to reach out twice takes the cake.
