Im doing good, been incorporating one or two workouts from my streaming collection as adds on! On my rest days, i try to do bb exclusively or mix with HDM.

Today I did Cathe Turbo Barre and added in the 17 minute total body one, that really burned my butt!

Today with Bodycombat 50, did supermodel inner thigh with backstage outer thigh mixed with lean hips and outer thighs.

I'm back, after a looong break

Hey guys,

Hope you are all doing well.
I haven't had the time to check-in, for various reasons. But, I have been working out regularly - a mix of Jillian Michaels, Ballet Beautiful and Winsor Pilates.
I lost about six and a half pounds, in the last two months.
Now, my knee has started acting up, again. So, JM is out.
I've been doing about 50-60 minutes of Ballet Beautiful, for the past three days.

Yesterday was Total body workout

Today
Total body revamp
Skyline workout
Backstage abs
Swan arms

Congrats on the weight loss. I'm sorry about the knee but glad you can still do BB. Can you share the rotation you were doing?

I was alternating the first 3 circuits of Banish fat, boost metabolism, by JM, with the upper body circuits of her No more trouble zones, and random BB workouts from the total body and blast dvds.
Winsor Pilates was only till I could do all the reps of BB, without screaming at poor MHB. ��

LOL. Thanks for your reply. I know that feeling of wanting to scream at MHB. She's one tough lady.

On a side note, I saw on FB that she's coming out with new dvds.

Yay! Can't wait for more DVDs. The saving grace of her workouts is, that when she's leaping around oh-so-gracefully, MHB goes out of breath too.

Hi guys,

It was difficult to workout today, because my boys wanted to help.
I had to lock myself in my room, with them banging on the door. But, I stuck to schedule. So, yay!
Backstage abs
Supermodel bridge
Snowflake on the mat
2 sets of Reverse bridge, and the bicycle moves from ballet core
