Smile Ballet beautiful check-in

Hi guys,

I've recommitted to giving Ballet Beautiful my best shot. If this doesn't whip me into shape, nothing will.
I will be doing BB for core and lower body and low weight strength training for upper body, in addition to walking.
I will post any changes in my measurements after a month.

So, anyone who wants to stick with Ballet Beautiful, is welcome to join me.

Good luck, sounds like a nice plan. I never stick with any one thing for a month but I'll be interested in your results after a month. I did something similar several years ago, Core Fusion/MR/walking and of course dietary changes and had amazing results.

Did BB as an add-on to my other workout today. Did her streaming Stretch and Tone Arms and Abs workout & mixed it with Ballet Core.

Did the Stretch and Tone:Arms & Abs w/ Ballet legs: Lengthen & Tone along with Sleek Techniques-Sleek Barre Technique 2. Both ST and BB are so wonderful in different ways. Mary Helen's Balanchine influence and ST Royal ballet influences offer such different and beneficial experiences. I fell ST offers a more true Ballet Class experience really working thru the foot and up thru carriage but BB is also wonderful and very effective as well.

It really is a winning combo and I love all those formats too. I just haven't been able to get back to those particular instructors lately but I still do similar instructors and the OP's plans seemed so similar to my routine so it reminded me of it.

Fell off the wagon...again

Hi guys

Restarting the challenge, yet again. My whole family has been down with the flu. So, no workout for the last week.
Will start again tomorrow.
I managed to stick to BB for almost a week, and saw definite results in the lower body and core. Nothing has ever given me such fast results.
So, fingers crossed, and babies permitting, I can get back to my workouts.

Love.
