Yeah, I look a bit more defined in the upper body when I lose weight, but nowhere near scrawny! I just look strong, like I workout, instead of puffy.

Well, it's not everywhere in my upper body--I mean, I'm almost 49, so my arms will never be scrawny, and neither will my belly. But I lose the weight (when I do--I'm on my high side of normal right now, sigh) right over my ribs/obliques, and it looks weird! I usually try to avoid oblique work for this reason.

Thank you for posting your results!

For the first time ever I'm using body weight routines. I didn't think I'd like them, but I was wrong. I have committed to following the modifiers for the first 30 days so that I don't get discouraged.

I'm doing a mix of Piyo and Brett Hoebel's 20 Min Body - The Trilogy Set. I am enjoying this more than I thought I would. Lot's of floor work with these. If I feel like I can't finish the workout, I grab my "Simply Fit Board" and finish the time out with this. I can't believe how this board boosts my heart rate up.

I will definitely keep you posted. However my month 2 results will be a bit delayed. I had a nasty head cold for a week which then gave me vertigo so I've been out of commission. I did workout 3 times last week, but no Ballet Beautiful. Just some walking and some Cathe upper body. I'm planning on getting back into gear this weekend!

Thanks! I kicked off month 2 with Jessica Smith's Cardio Abs + Concentrated Abs + Ballet Beautiful Inner & Outer Thighs!
