T-Tapp
Am continuing my summer rotation and focusing on core.
Got my hands on the T-Tapp Tempo series...Torso.
OMG! Could not believe how tough this was and how it worked not only my core but thighs and butt, as well. I must confess, I did not do all the reps or go as fast (in my opinion) as T did.
Am looking forward to some great results as I build up to doing this one regularly. Right now am really feeling DOMS since Saturday! And my back is feeling better, too. Love this one!
