I bought the Supermodel dvd from amazon about a month ago, but haven't tried it yet. I've been doing the Classic dvd for a few weeks, but plan on changing it up soon!

I want to get the Prima Series, but BB doesn't sell it. I want to get it from Amazon, but the price and the thought it might be a dvd-r makes me pause.

I bought Supermodel Series from BB and got a pressed dvd. I haven't done it yet, as I am doing Total Body Workout and Body Blast. I love them both.

Here's the link to the Ballet Beautiful Storefront on Amazon.

The Supermodel Series is sold on its own by BB. The Prima & SS Set may be the one that Amazon is selling as DVDr since it's not on this list. It's too bad Prima isn't sold on its own by BB on Amazon so you can buy them separately to ensure they are pressed DVDs.

I have most of the older BB DVDs and don't gravitate to them yet I'm now considering these newer workouts and the Essential Ballerina series. When the prenatal series came out I wanted those too even though I was/am done having kids.

I bought Super Model Series from Amazon. It's a pressed DVD and quality is perfect. I previewed all section but I haven't done it yet. I got distracted by Define & Align set.

I have never done a Ballet Beautiful workout.
What can you tell me about them?
How often do you do these?
Thought this might be a good mix w/weights or kettlebells.
What have they done for you?

I haven’t used my BB DVDs enough to give insight on results but if you search “Ballet Beautiful” on YouTube you’ll find a lot of workouts that will give you an idea of the type of workouts they are and Mary Helen’s instruction style (some Pilates, lots of Ballet moves and references). She counts out all her the reps which I like to ensure both sides are worked equally but some people find it boring.

I listen for the counting and like it. Ballet Beautiful is working for me. Whittling away the fat and giving me muscles, I do it most days. I find it challenging, but doesn't bowl me over. I feel better than I have for years.
