I ordered the Strong and Lean DVD only because I like to stick to the basics of strength and cardio. The cardio sculpt DVD format said it includes boxing, body weight, light weights and compound moves. I have noticed that for me these types of workouts are good to try once then I never fit them in my routine so I passed on that. And after looking at the clips of both DVDs that she posted this morning I am happy with my decision. Looking forward to getting a new DVD in the mail.

I ordered. I wasn't going to, but i like the look of the previews. And I am actually the opposite of you pharma_gal - I love the format of boxing, body weight, light weights and compound moves from KCM. That is the approximate format of her Lean Body Circuit and Circuit Burn workouts (boxing, cardio, compound and weights) and I have done those about a million times. I am hoping she follows the premixes on those that give an all upper body and all lower body option. That really helps fit them in my rotation. I got Strong and Lean too - am hoping for an interval mix on this one, but the 30 min kickboxing looked great too.
