Pop Sugar 40 min Cardio Pilates & Strength workout. It was tougher then I expected. Really well done, no boredom workout.

Also a 40 min walk w/my dog. I always forget to include my walks.

Marki64 - I don't post my dog walks either. I walk them daily for 45 minutes to an hour unless the weather is really bad. My dogs have me trained well. If I'm too slow to take them on their walk one dog just stares intently at me and the other barks until their leashes are put on!

LOL!! Funny. I tend to walk my dog around 7:30 p.m. and if the weather is really rainy or really cold, she nudges me. Definitely keeps me moving that's for sure. Last night she had so much energy I jogged the "walk".
