I actually order Violet's workout first. I found the clip to be more apealing to my taste. Though I realize it's not getting as great of a review vs. this one.

I'll have to be the dissenting voice. I did the first half of this dvd. While the pilates was good (from what I recall), I thought the cardio was a throwaway at best. It was very Lotte-Berkish and not all that rhythmic. It just didn't flow well for me with the rest of the workout.
I agree with you on the cardio. I thought the pilates was great but the cardio was kinda useless for me.
