Brooke Siler's new release- the one with Weight Loss in the title- is a solid intermediate release- she keeps a pace that's challenging but still allows you to control your form, which makes it more challenging

I also like Caban's Maintenance Weight Loss title.

I really like Kristin McGee's MTV PIlates and MTV Pilates Mix. (tho they are not necessarily new) The Pilates Mix has 2 workouts on it - one focuses more on the legs (rarely do this one) but the 2nd one ROCKS your core! Its got a lot of "Pilates with a twist" sort of moves that keep it fresh for me. She really kicks it up a notch with this one.

I ordered the new Mari Winsor core reformer kit, should get it tomorrow. I"ll let you know if I like it. I remember reading that someone else on this board really liked it.

Good to hear that doing that second section on the elbows works. I'm sure that's what I'll do when I get around to doing that section.

Element Pilates (for weight loss I think) - Renee wrote a great review of this which is currently at the top of the New Reviews page. I just discovered it and love it! The DVD offers two programs, a standing Pilates segment and matwork. It is wonderful to actually see Brooke lead the routines - I highly recommend it.

I really like this one too. I need to pull it out and do it again soon.
