I just looked at the clips . . . the Pilates video is tempting, but I'm very hesitant of a program that includes full teaser in a weight loss video.

I think they both look really good! DD has them for preorder for <$10 each; Amazon for $9.99

I just received both Kristen and Violet's Acacia workouts. I will try to get to them over the weekend, but with the holidays things have been really hectic!!!

I also thought Kristin's clip looked really interesting. The description says there are intervals of "cardio blasts" and I'm curious to know how extensive they are. In the clip, it showed a few spurts of ballet-type jumping. I like the idea of keeping the heart rate a bit elevated so a bit of cardio in there might be OK, but since the whole workout is only approx 45 mins long, I wouldn't want to devote much of it to that.

I just did the first part of the pilates workout this morning. It has a warm-up, two separate 20-minute workouts (although they have a premix that has both together) and a cooldown. I looked it up on Collage and they show it as Intermediate/Advanced and I agree. She does a little bit of cardio in the beginning, goes to the floor for pilates/ballet exercises, gets back up about 12 minutes in for a bit more cardio and then back down to the floor for the rest of the exercises.

She is alone, doesn't show too many modifications and pretty much goes right to the advanced version of most exercises. She does do one-legged teaser on each side before going to the double leg teasers.

As I was doing my usual 20-minute stretch routine (I do it on my own after all my workouts), I watched the second part and it looks tough too. It's pretty much the same format (cardio, exercises, cardio, exercises) as the first one. She has a leg series that is all done up on one knee (much tougher for me!) that looks killer. She also does pretzel (I think it's the same move).
