I've considered getting the viniyoga dvds too, but didn't know if they were more of the same yoga dvds I already have, which is quite a few. Yoga is more do-able for me than pilates, that for sure, but it has to be the slower yoga and a soothing-voiced instructor like Rodney Yee and such, really helps too.
I think I will also think of getting rid of my pilates collection since it really isn't a benefit to me anymore. There is plenty of back care yoga out there along with athletic stretches, Leslie aerobics, and strengthwork--why do something that doesn't feel right.

Can't wait to hear how you like the new Debbie Siebers one--and from all the reviews on COOL IT OFF, I would love to try that one, but I don't want the whole Slim in 6 set.

Good Luck-Take Care

I was recently diagnosed with osteo arthritsis in my back. Pilates doesn't bother my back but I do modify the moves. I was advised to do not in the first 2 hours of the day because of the stiffness that you can have in the morning.

Also take it slow and listen to your body. Don't do anything that hurts
