I've done the arms, abs and flexibility parts. I liked the arm part. I could feel it the next day, with the band included. I think it was the paintbrush move.
I'm planning to go to Walmart on my lunch hour today, but I was determined to stay clear of all fitness-related stuff. Now my resolve is starting to waver.

I did the Abs, Lower and Upper body yesterday. I liked the Abs and I felt the Lower body could have used a heavier band (may try my YBBC blue band) and the upper body was actually more intense than the lower body and I liked the moves. I also did a portion of the flexibility part and it seemed very nice.
