Cathe's group says they have seven DVD players and have tested that DVD on all and it plays fine so then it must be the DVD players we have at home and the firmware isn't recognizing the chapters or something like that.

Talk about deju vu!!! That excuse was lame when they first tried it years ago. Does Chris still work in SNM customer service? 🙄
