I agree with BarbK on the 10 Minute Solution Perfect Body Pilates DVD. I did it yesterday (from NetFlix) and thought it was very good.

This morning I did the new Element Pilates Weight Loss for Beginners with Brooke Siler. I thought it was more intermediate. She gives some really excellent form pointers and goes along at a good clip. I tried it from NetFlix but have already ordered it.

Thanks for all the recommendations everyone. I've been busy updating my Wishlist on Amazon.

Don't overlook 21st Century Pilates with Laura Peralta.

I love the series, she presents the info clearly and you can
really feel the w/o.

There is a basic, intermediate and advanced dvd.

(She is a dance therapist- some of her exercises are a little different
and different order from traditional but very effective)

Available on Amazon
