I'm usually happy to get through Caroline's workouts - I don't even worry about increasing my weight! :p

I've been doing Pilates before my cardio/strength...

I've been doing Pilates before my cardio/strength workouts for about 2 years. Similar idea to the yoga. It feels great.

Fuel is ending, I'm almost done with the FB workouts, and I start looking at the split workouts. :eek: Maybe if I intersperse these with cardio days... and of course..make each workout my own. :p....

Not what you asked but you could try to return it explaining why. A good company would do right by you. Perhaps call customer service first.
