Moving my parents from a two bedroom to a one bedroom apt. 10 years ago, motivated me to de-clutter and they weren't true hoarders....

Well I was sore from the Day One Lower body workout from Iron Series I did earlier in the week. Yesterday I did Day 2 upper body (back and shoulders) and am pretty sore today.
