just my opinion..
but for the BFL program the videos you have are too high in reps (especialy the firm and CTX series..also the pace of lifting is very fast so it's more endurance work rather than muscle building...

core ball in these videos.
yogafit abs uses the core ball like yoga butt does... the ball is 9 bucks from yogafit but you can easily subsitute a 6" rubber play ball for $1.99 at Target. I think the yogafit core ball is 5" in...

I loved that ramp workout so much that I would actually be tempted to TEACH it ..and believe me this is saying something. I abandoned teaching step long ago ...the "ramping 1-2-3" in 3/4 time music...

if the video workouts are boggin' you down, do something else and make it non-video related.. believe me i'd rather watch the weather channel and lift weights on my own that pop in a strength video!...
