I did like the mobility clip and all the moves...

I did like the mobility clip and all the moves are in other mobility workouts I have done. Can't wait to see the second clip off this DVD.

Tracie does them, Kaisafit mobility workouts, Peloton...

I am mainly interested in the yoga/mobility one but the pump one looks good and if I get those might as well get all three. But I can't justify it as lately I have not been doing just weight...

I didn't order but may just get the flexibility one. I am not into her cardio hiit routines and I don't do straight weight lifting anymore so the other two I don't want.
